My goal is to help people strengthen their Mental Wealth by sharing my experiences and expertise through my biweekly blog posts and providing resources through individual conversations. I believe if you invest in yourself, you can get your mental health/wellness under control (through meditation, breath work, journaling), your physical health straight (exercising, eating well, sufficient sleep), and your financial house in order (saving, investing, getting out of debt).
